Glacier National Park
A Bike Ride Through America’s Most Beautiful Landscapes
In June, Alexa and I visited Glacier National Park, hoping to ride our bicycles over Logan Pass during a five-day bicycle camping trip. Due to inclement weather, we were forced to pivot. We rode along what we could of Going-To-The-Sun road. However, Instead of riding over Logan Pass to the east side, we went North along a lesser-visited area: Inner North Fork Road. Eventually, we would arrive at Bowman Lake. Although we were not presented with the stunning overlooks offered by this great park, diverting to Bowman Lake was serene. We were fortunate to have received beautiful sunny days in the latter half of our visit, giving us a glimpse of what we will see next time we visit Glacier National Park.
